Process Administrator ( {{city}})

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Manage a queue of appraisal order requests efficiently and accurately.
- Review loan criteria and supporting documents in our Loan Originating System to order appraisals.
- Oversee a queue of credit requests, ensuring timely processing.
- Analyze loan criteria and supporting documents to order or update credit information.
Qualifications:
- Availability from 10am-7pm, Monday through Friday, with in-office presence at our Easton location.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
