As a Labor Relations Intern at Cleveland-Cliffs, the projects assigned will vary based on the intern's education level and plant location, but will generally reflect the duties outlined below. Summary of Responsibilities: Recruitment, employment, job postings and employee transfers New employee orientation and training Administration of human resources policies and programs Administration of employee compensation, benefits, relocation, and immigration programs Coordination/facilitation of performance review process for client departments Prepare, maintain, and retrieve applicant and employee records Collect, analyze, and report data and information Prepare, review, and process documents, including reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations Various other duties as needed to support the business Minimum Qualifications: Enrollment in Bachelor of Science program in the field of in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or another business-related degree Completion of at least sophomore year of study by the summer of 2026 Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
