Role Overview:

The Sr. Product Manager uses qualitative and quantitative insights to deeply understand user needs and translate them into impactful product strategies. The role partners with cross-functional teams and leadership to define and drive a compelling roadmap that aligns with business goals.

Where You're Located:

Candidates for this role will be based in the United States and work remotely.

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product initiatives, from opportunity assessment to post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics) to deliver high-quality features and updates.
• Define and track key metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct user research and analyze product data to uncover insights that inform product decisions.
• Advocate for user-centric designs and solutions that align with strategic business objectives.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and alignment with business goals.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and results effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
• Seek to understand, distill, and communicate key customer problems, and use that to deliver products that customers love and that drive business value.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of managing entire product lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with web and mobile app products, preferably in consumer-focused industries.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of a product, preferably a consumer facing brand in an e-commerce environment
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting complex data and making data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with engineering, analytics, and design teams in a remote working environment.
• Ability to identify and solve user problems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced remote working environment.
• Experience working on a travel or outdoors-focused product. (Preferred)
• Experience using Mixpanel. (Preferred)
