We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in a high-volume manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining Soudronic and/or Sabatier welding and seaming machines to ensure quality and efficient production. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, welding experience, and a solid work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor Soudronic or Sabatier machines
  
• Prepare machinery and equipment for operation
  
• Operate mechanical and computer-controlled equipment
  
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs using hand and power tools
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine faults to minimize downtime
  
• Monitor production output and ensure consistent speed, accuracy, and product quality
  
• Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools (digital calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify welds and can dimensions
  
• Identify and remove faulty or non-conforming products
  
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation and production floor
  
• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines
  
• Accurately complete required production and quality documentation
  
• Support additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as a manufacturing machine operator
  
• Must be 18 years or older
  
• Mechanical knowledge, including welding experience
  
• Proficient in reading gauges and using digital calipers/micrometers
  
• Experience troubleshooting, using hand/power tools, and operating machinery
  
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  
• Strong physical dexterity and ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the shift
  
• Comfortable working on ladders and elevated platforms
  
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  
• Team player with strong communication and basic math skills
