Product Data Analyst
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret product and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvements.
- Product Insights: Partner with Product Managers to translate business questions into data-driven insights that inform feature development and roadmap decisions.
- Reporting & Visualization: Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track product performance, adoption, and customer engagement.
- Experimentation: Support A/B testing and product experiments, ensuring statistical validity and actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, and customer success teams to understand data needs and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
- Data Quality: Monitor and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of product-related data sources.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a product, healthcare, or tech environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and experimentation (A/B testing, regression analysis, etc.).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curiosity and a proactive mindset—comfortable asking questions and digging into data independently.
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate clearly in virtual and in-person settings.
