Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to help coordinate the movement of materials, manage scheduling, and support daily operations. This role bridges office coordination and hands-on support. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate delivery and pickup of materials and tools * Track inventory and maintain supply levels * Communicate with team members regarding schedules and job site needs * Assist with planning daily routes and assignments * Maintain accurate records of materials and deliveries * Support warehouse organization and logistics processes Work Environment * Combination of office and warehouse/job site support * In-person role * Standard business hours with occasional flexibility Minimum requirements: * Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations support preferred * Strong organizational and communication skills * Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools) * Ability to multitask and problem-solve * Reliable and detail-oriented
