BUILDING: BBHES
SHIFT: 7 Hours Per Day/Monday - Thursday
EFFECTIVE DATE: August 13, 2026
Qualifications
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ohio Educational Aide Certificate
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and Board may find appropriate.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to communicate ideas and directives clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
- Effective, active listening skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and keyboarding skills
- Patience and understanding
- Ability to effectively complete the Job Description, Duties, and Responsibilities
