Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Franchise Owner at Uni K Wax Franchising. The Franchise Owner will manage daily operations of their studio while adhering to Uni K Wax's proven business model. Key responsibilities include overseeing staff training and development, driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the studio meets brand standards and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Franchising and a strong understanding of the franchising business model
- Expertise in Training and Recruiting to build and lead effective teams
- Proven skills in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed KPIs and growth targets
- Strong focus on Customer Service to ensure a superior customer experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and decision‑making skills
- Ability to work independently with a results‑oriented approach
- Previous experience in the beauty, wellness, or service industries is a plus
- Financial stability to meet franchising requirements and initial investment costs
