positive office culture. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper
to manage financial operations and support our growing team. Experience in a dental or
medical office is highly preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records for our company. The candidate will oversee daily financial activities, ensure accurate record-keeping, and contribute to the efficiency of our business operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software and possess a strong understanding of financial concepts.

Duties:

• Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Complete bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger
• Organize and maintain financial records and documentation
• Generate financial summaries and reports for management
• Support administrative operations to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Bookkeeping experience in a dental or medical office
• Familiarity with dental practice management systems
