Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to assess needs and recommend suitable life insurance products

• Follow up with leads and manage client relationships

• Complete licensing requirements (if not currently licensed)

• Attend team trainings and meetings for ongoing development

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

• No prior experience needed (training provided)

• Must be self-driven, coachable, and goal-oriented

• Must be willing to obtain a state life insurance license

Compensation

• 100% commission-based with performance bonuses

• Average part-time: $30,000–$50,000/year

• Full-time: $75,000–$150,000+/year (varies by effort and results)
