Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for bringing creative ideas to life? FASTSIGNS Westerville is hiring for a Sign Installation Specialist . As an Installer, youll play a crucial role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place for everyone to seewhether its in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle, or hanging from a ceiling. Fear of heights is not in your vocabulary! Most of your days will be spent moving, lifting, and building for a wide variety of sign installations. What You'll Do:
- Install signage for new business grand openings, rebrands, and marketing initiatives, such as banners, window & door graphics, wall murals, ADA signs, vehicle wraps/graphics, dimensional letters, and more!
- Collaborate with our talented team to deliver top-notch signage solutions.
- Engage in manual tasks, including installing post & panel signs, using power tools, climbing ladders, and using lifts.
- Responsible for offsite sign and print media installations.
- Able to assess an environment to determine the needs and techniques required for the installation.
- Reviews job requirements and verifies measurements before starting.
- Able to work independently and with other team members when required.
- Clean driving record.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Not afraid of heights (ability to work with lifts, ladders, etc.).
- Scissor lift and bucket truck experience preferred but not required.
- Experience installing a variety of signs and graphics preferred but not required.
- Must Haves:
- Experience with sign installations or a handyman background.
- Detail-oriented and creative.
- Willing and capable of handling physical tasks, including post and panel installation.
- Nice to Haves:
- 3M Installation certification.
- Experience with vehicle wraps.
- Experience with channel letters.
- You enjoy working with people and helping them solve problems by offering advice and consultation.
