OTR Dry van Company driver (1099) Job in Canton, OH by Pulse Express
Requirements - CDL Class A
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
- 23 years of age or older
- HAZMAT Endorsement Preferred
- Strong work ethic, responsibility & positive attitude
Benefits
- $0.80 CPM - Dry van (all miles paid)

- Light HAZMAT only (paints, batteries, cleaning supplies, etc.)
- 24/7 Dispatch Support (All dispatchers & Ops Managers are former drivers)
- Full-Time, steady work

- Extra Stop Pay: $50 per stop
- Detentions
- Safety Bonus: $100 - $300
- Referral Bonus: $400 after 30 days on duty
- Sign on bonus total of $4,000

Compensation includes $0.70–$0.75 per mile, weekly pay between $2,200 and $3,100, and a sign-on bonus up to $4,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow federal and state regulations for dry van and HazMat loads
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule
Drivers receive 24/7 dispatch assistance, extra pay options for detentions and stops, safety incentives, and a pet-friendly policy.
