Your Mission: Powering the Retirement Fitness Revolution
As our New Business Coordinator, you’ll be the vital spark that fuels our growth engine and helps more individuals and couples step into their dream retirement. Daily reps might include:
- Onboarding Champions : Guide new clients seamlessly into The Retirement Fitness Plan™—scheduling discovery meetings, preparing personalized “fitness assessment” packets, and ensuring every first interaction builds trust and excitement.
- CRM & Pipeline Mastery : Keep our systems (CRM + The Retirement Fitness Plan™ Portal) in peak condition—tracking every lead’s journey from initial inquiry to confident “YES,” maintaining flawless records, and spotting opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
- Team Collaboration : Partner closely with our advisors and planners to refine processes, launch targeted campaigns, and deliver reports that showcase how we’re helping more people protect what’s important and live freely.
- Innovation & Optimization : Identify ways to make our new business flow even smoother, more client-focused, and more effective—because a great Retirement Fitness Plan™ deserves an equally elite support system.
The Ideal Teammate: What You Bring to the Gym (er, Office)
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years of experience in client services, sales support, financial services coordination, or business development (bonus if it’s in retirement/financial planning!).
- Is proficient with CRM platforms (we love Redtail), Microsoft Office (Excel is your spotter), and multiple digital tools including Zocks.
- Possesses outstanding communication skills—warm, clear, professional, and persuasive—whether on the phone, in email, or face-to-face.
- Thrives on details + big-picture thinking , juggling multiple priorities without dropping a single rep.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (Series licenses, Insurance Licenses or progress toward CFP®? That’s extra credit!).
- Is genuinely passionate about retirement planning, financial freedom, and helping people say YES to their dreams while protecting what matters most.

Pay: $54,966.73 - $70,000.00 per year
