Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

What you'll do:

• Operate and care for late-model tractors (2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner).
• Load securement, tarping, and safe transport of flatbed freight using industry-standard tie-downs.
• Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and document equipment condition.
• Keep precise logs and maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers to meet schedules and regulatory requirements.

You retain 80% of gross pay, typically $7,500–$10,000 weekly, with a lease-to-own option achievable in one year. Benefits include pet/rider-friendly rules, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
