Location: Chick-fil-A Hamilton Quarter – Columbus, OH
Position Type: Full-Time (35–40 hours/week)
Overview
The Sales & Brand Growth Coordinator plays a key role in managing and overseeing the catering and brand growth initiatives at Chick-fil-A Hamilton Quarter. This leader ensures every catering order is executed with excellence, serves as an ambassador of the Chick-fil-A brand, and supports the restaurant’s marketing and community outreach efforts.
This position requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a passion for delivering remarkable guest experiences while driving sales and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Catering & Sales Management
- Manage, organize, and execute catering orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain flexible scheduling for deliveries, onsite, and offsite events.
- Oversee catering operations, ensuring compliance with Chick-fil-A standards and procedures.
- Ensure all catering equipment (TMS bags, vehicles, facilities) is cleaned, maintained, and ready daily.
Brand Growth & Marketing
- Support store, market, and company-wide campaigns.
- Conduct guest recovery, mobile app pushes, and community sampling events.
- Assist with in-store and restaurant décor for promotions and events.
Leadership & Training
- Develop one Team Member per week on catering processes.
- Coach a guest-first mentality while fostering operational excellence.
- Provide accountability to Team Members and Leaders regarding catering expectations.
- Communicate goals, expectations, and marketing initiatives clearly with leadership and staff.
Operational Excellence
- Own and maintain the catering schedule.
- Ensure 100% of deliveries/pickups are on time.
- Ensure paper goods and food/beverage needs are ready and accurate daily.
- Retain 100% of catering guests by delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Hours: 35–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Availability: Must be flexible and able to work across all dayparts.
- Saturdays: Required to work at least 3 out of 4 Saturdays per month (our highest volume day).
- Commitment: One-year minimum commitment to the role, with potential eligibility for future Director roles.
- Training: Must complete “Five Critical Success Factors” training with the Director of Operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to train, coach, and develop others.
- Problem solver who takes initiative.
- Personable and comfortable interacting with guests.
- Physically able to manage setup and delivery of catering orders.
- Familiarity with Chick-fil-A standards, the HEARD guest recovery model, and ConnectTeam checklists (preferred, but training provided).
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $19/$21hour.
- Eligible for a $0.50 raise after 6 months of strong performance.
