SRE - Post-mortem RCA/Java Automation
Job Details:
- Full-on-site in Wilmington, DE (Open for relocating candidates).
- 12 Months Contract-to-Hire.
- Open for USC/GC/GC EAD and optional for H1B/OPT EAD (Please state work authorization when applying).
- Priority is given to those who can easily be converted into a Full-Time Employee after 12 Months.
Job Requirements:
- Strong root cause analysis (RCA) experience (Required).
- Postmortem (Required).
- Good communication skills.
- Some software background – Java preferred, who can read, not necessarily write code (Required).
- The role does not prioritize AWS/infrastructure-heavy experience.
- Ideal candidate would be less infra/devops-focused and more investigative and software-aware (Required).
