Electrical Service Manager – Lead the Charge at Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric (West Chester, OH)

We’re now looking for an experienced and driven Electrical Service Manager to help lead our growing electrical division.

About the Role:

As the Electrical Service Manager, you’ll oversee a team of licensed electricians and apprentices, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while helping the department meet key performance goals. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, coaching, dispatch support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a high-performing electrical service team
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Monitor daily, monthly, and annual departmental goals and KPIs
• Manage technician dispatching and optimize job flow
• Conduct regular truck inspections to maintain brand and safety standards
• Provide ongoing training on technical systems, safety protocols, and customer service
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing and product offerings
• Ensure compliance with current electrical codes and safety standards
• Review callbacks and provide corrective coaching and development

What You Bring:

• Valid Electrical License – Required
• 5+ years of residential electrical experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and scheduling platforms
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Ability to hold yourself and your team accountable for performance and quality
