Pole Paint Assembly/ General Labor
**Summary:
**
General labor is considered an entry level job position. Candidates hired in this position could work in multiple departments and in multiple work stations within those departments depending on work demand. Employees will need to be versatile to fill this role.
**Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
**
Read, interpret, and follow work instructions and verbal instructions.
Inspect parts for defects report any deficiencies to the Supervisor.
Comply with all company and industry production and safety procedures and practices.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
**Specific Job Requirements
**
Must be willing to rotate on different jobs in different departments
Be able to maintain an acceptable work pace throughout the day.
Responsible for his/her own quality of product
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Use of basic hand tools
Must wear required PPE equipment
Be punctual and maintain good attendance.
Have reliable transportation
Be capable of standing 8 hours per day and handle heavy lifting.

Must be a self-motivated reliable team player.
Must be dependable, on time.
Must be able to work 40 hr. schedule, plus mandatory overtime as required per production needs.
**Physical Demands:
**
Standing for up to 8 – 10 hours a day
Lifting to 50 lbs. frequency 25% of shift
Able to withstand high temperatures during summer months
90- 100 degrees
You should be proficient in:
- Warehouse Experience
- Heavy Material Handling
