Location: Cleveland, OH
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Office Services Support. This role involves copy/print services, mail handling, reception, and hospitality support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced professional setting. Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $20.00/hour + $200/month parking allowance Responsibilities:
• Manage copy, print, and scanning tasks
• Sort, deliver, and process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
• Provide front desk/reception and hospitality support
• Operate office equipment (copiers, postage machines, computers)
• Assist with shipping/receiving and verify package accuracy
• Maintain organized workflows and support document management systems Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of related experience (legal industry experience strongly preferred)
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
• Comfortable using both hardware and software systems
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing tasks Apply Now!
