Are you a seasoned HVAC/R professional ready to take the next step into leadership? Join our Mobile Technical Services team as an HVAC/R Field Supervisor and play a key role in driving maintenance excellence across a diverse portfolio of facilities.

This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical expertise and ability to mentor others will directly impact performance, reliability, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshoot complex HVAC/R systems, including rack refrigeration

• Train, mentor, and onboard technicians to ensure consistent, high-quality performance

• Conduct weekly on-site quality assurance inspections across assigned facilities

• Manage refrigerant inventory and usage to maintain regulatory compliance

• Prepare technical evaluations and deficiency reports on mechanical systems

• Respond to emergency situations with effective and timely solutions

• Support operations management with performance metrics and technical reporting

What You Bring

Required:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in building engineering, including supervisory responsibilities

• Strong technical expertise in HVAC/R systems, particularly rack refrigeration

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between client sites

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with Corrigo or similar systems

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor others

Preferred:

• EPA certification for refrigerant handling

• Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs

• Background in commercial building operations

• Knowledge of energy efficiency best practices

• Experience supporting capital projects and system upgrades
