Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-12 educational setting in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide specialized speech and language support to students throughout the school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on childrens communication development while working onsite within an engaging school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress regularly
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary strategies
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with children in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to manage caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Commitment to student-centered care and positive outcomes
This role requires full onsite presence at the school location in Cleveland for the duration of the school year contract. The position offers a valuable chance to directly influence student communication skills and foster a supportive learning environment.
