Position: RN-Medical Surgical-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Medical Surgical-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio — earn up to ($2412 - $2539 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry settings.
Monitor and assess patient vital signs and health status regularly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery processes.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Engage in performance improvement initiatives to meet organizational goals.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Adapt to changing patient needs and work environment effectively.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Ohio or compact state.
Experience in medical-surgical and telemetry nursing.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in nursing.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions and environments.
Experience with patient education and health management.
Willingness to engage in performance improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient documentation.
