Wells Brothers Inc. is currently hiring an experienced Concrete Field Technicians to join our growing team. To be successful in this role, you need to be self-motivated, team orientated, punctual, have a high level of integrity, and have the ability and willingness to teach and learn.

Essential Duties

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintain a low Safety Incident Occurrence History
• Assist in building and positioning forms and pouring concrete
• Dig ditches and level earth to grade specifications
• Grade dirt and concrete efficiently and accurately
• Mix concrete and mortar
• Clean constructions site to eliminate possible hazards
• Install and tire rebar and wire mesh
• Operation of power tools of all types
• Load and unload truck

Experience and Requirements

• 3 years of experience
• Possess a thorough understanding of industrial trades
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs on occasion, stand, bend, stoop, squat, reach and sit for long periods of time
• Must not be afraid of heights or confined spaces
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work overtime including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to adapt to changing schedule and easily and positively adjust to changing priorities and department processes.
• Ability to simultaneously handle the demands of internal and external customers
• Knowledge/Experience of other skilled trades (Plumbing, Electrical, Welding) Preferred
