This is a Salaried based position with monthly commission! A realistic salary range for the first year would be between 55k and 65k BUT the sky is the limit! Mancan has top of the line health insurance and contribute 70% of the premium, we also offer a 401K with 50 cents to the dollar match, FSA program, dental insurance, vacation and pto time avail after 90 days of employment with us and many additional perks and benefits!

RECRUITING CONSULTANT -NEEDED in the Millersburg area with a willingness to work as needed in Mount Vernon and Wooster as necessary. A CAREER WITH LIMITLESS places to GROW. Starting salary is $50,000 per year PLUS monthly commission bonus!

Primary Functions:
Obtain detailed assignment information from customers to match customer requirements with employee skills as well as utilizing information to provide effective customer service.
Fill customer staffing needs- job requests with qualified employees.
Monitor employee attendance and performance using the phone computer and metrics program.
Troubleshoot to resolve problems or complaints.
Coach and counsel associates to ensure quality performance.

Qualifications:
Must have a reliable vehicle
Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills and excellent people skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with others. Clear and concise language/grammar.
Ability to problem solve.
Must be willing to take the initiative and be self-motivated.
Cooperative, team oriented, patient, calm under pressure, and able to work independently and with a team.
Ability to travel to customer and prospects sites.
Must be able to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient computer skills
Ability to work in nearby offices as necessary (Wooster and Mt Vernon)
