Level Up USA is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Associate to join our Cincinnati team. In this role you will work customers to asses their needs guide them through the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction. If you enjoy meeting new people and working in a team environment, this position will be a great fit for you!
Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Speak to customers on the sales floor about the products that best meet their needs
- Process sales transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Identify customer needs and answer customer questions
- Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell through appropriate product recommendations
- Maintain an organized sales floor
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Requirements for the Retail Sales Associate:

- Prior experience in retail or customer service is helpful in this position
