Position Overview This full or part time remote position delivers specialized instruction to students across multiple grade levels. You'll work within our prehensive virtual environment, managing diverse student needs while collaborating with families and educational teams to ensure student success.

Student Population & Services

• Elementary intensive intervention and supplemental support programs
• Middle school cross-categorical special education services
• High school vocational preparation and transition planning
• Support for students with autism spectrum disorders, cognitive disabilities, and multiple impairments

Core Teaching Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver engaging virtual instruction across academic subjects
• Create modified curricula and adaptive learning materials
• Design and monitor behavioral support interventions
• Conduct ongoing student assessments and progress documentation
• Facilitate collaborative team meetings and consultations
• Build strong partnerships with families and caregivers
• Ensure adherence to state and federal special education regulations

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field
• Current Ohio special education teaching license
• Minimum 2 years of direct classroom special education experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with virtual learning platforms
• Strong technological skills and digital adaptability
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal munication skills
