Job Description
The Improv in Cleveland, OH is looking for someone to work the ticket booth and join our team. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills.
This is a part-time position
Responsibilities
- Check in guests and print them their show tickets
- Answer phone calls from customers
- Sell tickets during times when a show is not sold out
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Thursday through Sunday from 5 pm - 11 pm
