Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant who will be the central hub of our company's daily communications and operations. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine passion for supporting our team.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
• Expertly manage daily tasks within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Monitor and track incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-up and proper lead distribution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
• Accurately enter and file receipts and other financial documentation
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating team communications
• Support sales and operations teams with administrative support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
• Basic math skills for receipt and financial documentation
