Territory Sales Manager
Seeking a dynamic and proactive sales professional with a keen interest in showcasing exceptional sales skills as our next Area Supervisor in Columbus, OH, and surrounding areas.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of local market trends and possess the ability to develop innovative strategies that boost sales of (INSURANCE PRODUCTS) across multiple areas.
- We are looking for a strategic thinker who can surpass sales targets and profit margins through creative approaches.
- Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining relationships with key clients and expanding our customer base through networking and proactive outreach.
- The preferred candidate will have a minimum of one year of sales management experience, preferably in the financial sector.
- Our company does not engage in cold calling, door-to-door solicitation, or lead purchases.

- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
- Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
- Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals
- Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement
- Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts, including progress and sales volume, to better determine future goals
- Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing
- Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
- This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
