Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor

Group Fitness Coach + Personal Training Coach

This role is ideal for someone who loves coaching groups but also wants the opportunity to build a thriving personal training business within a supportive gym environment.

We are looking for a coach who wants more than “just coaching classes.” We want someone excited about developing relationships, growing professionally, and creating a long-term career in fitness.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

• Certified (CrossFit L1+, NASM, ACE, CSCS, HYROX, or other nationally accredited certification)
• CPR/AED certified
• Energetic, motivating, and confident leading groups of varying fitness levels
• Skilled at scaling workouts and creating positive experiences for beginners through advanced athletes
• Passionate about helping people improve not only fitness, but confidence, habits, and mindset
• A team player who values community, professionalism, and continued growth
• Interested in building a personal training and/or semi-private client base

What You’ll Do

• Coach group classes including CrossFit, HYROX, BOOST, and YouthFit (depending on experience)
• Deliver safe, engaging, high-energy coaching experiences
• Build strong relationships with members and support their long-term success
• Provide accountability, encouragement, and education both inside and outside the gym
• Participate in coach development, team meetings, and continuing education
