Facilities Manager
Job Description
The Site Manager is the senior-most leader on-site, responsible for full operational ownership of the data center. This individual serves as the primary decision-maker, overseeing strategy, safety, compliance, vendor coordination, and long-term facility reliability.
Core Responsibilities
-Oversee and manage 400MW power supply contracts and technical coordination with the utility provider (FirstEnergy).
-Own and manage the annual operating budget (OPEX) while ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
-Lead external coordination with third parties, including liquid cooling service providers and specialty maintenance vendors.
-Establish and enforce site-wide operational standards, escalation procedures, and emergency response leadership during critical events such as power fluctuations or outages.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and contractual obligations.

Skills and Requirements
-10-15 years of progressive data center or mission-critical facility management experience.
-Demonstrated experience managing hyperscale or large-scale data center facilities.
-Strong working knowledge of U.S. labor laws, OSHA regulations, and safety compliance frameworks.
-Proven crisis-management and executive decision-making capabilities.
