Key Responsibilities:

Greet prospective tenants with a warm, friendly demeanor, tour prospects and close leads

Proactively converts leads to leases to meet leasing goals

Provide professional and engaging positive experience while interacting with current residents and while touring prospects

Perform daily office duties, actively follow up on leads, and carry out market studies.

Ensure cleanliness of apartment models, the tour path, and the move-in ready apartments.

Create marketing flyers, social media stories or short videos to advertise for vacant apartments

Assist in planning and marketing for community events

Accurately prepare lease agreements and move-in folders

Address tenant concerns in a timely and professional manner, maintaining the property’s reputation for excellence.

Maintain a polished, professional appearance in line with company uniform standards.

Assist with additional tasks as needed by the property manager.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in multifamily leasing in luxury environments
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
• Familiarity with social media and marketing tools to increase property visibility
• Highly organized and motivated, problem solver, with a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Great with people, patient, and helpful in person or on the phone.

• Ability to work weekends to meet the needs of the business
