Team Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Supervised daily team operations to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards were consistently met.
• Assisted with machine setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance to minimize downtime and improve workflow efficiency.
• Trained and supported team members on operational procedures, safety practices, and production goals.
• Coordinated material handling and inventory movement using forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Maintained a safe and organized work environment while meeting company deadlines and performance expectations.

Team Lead Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle and vehicle insurance as some local travel is required • Valid passport is preferred

• Familiar with all ISO standards

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Flexibility to meet customer service demands

• Criminal background check, Drug Screen and Post Offer Pre-employment physical

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
