Title: Project Manager / Asphalt Paving.
Location: Columbus Ohio.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee and manage ground-up construction, paving (parking lots) and retail projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, including ground-up builds, paving, and retail developments.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, including negotiating contracts and overseeing performance.
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of [5 years] experience in project management, with a focus on ground-up construction, paving, and retail projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with Procore.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
