Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced, professional truck drivers to join our dedicated Midwest Regional fleet. This position offers the perfect balance of competitive earnings and consistent home time, making it ideal for drivers who want to advance their careers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
What We Offer:
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• Competitive weekly pay: $1,325-$1,500 per week ($1,000 weekly guarantee)
• Generous $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified drivers

SCHEDULE & HOME TIME:
• Guaranteed home weekly - every weekend
• Predictable schedule: 36-48 hours off on weekends
• Dedicated routes for consistent planning
• No touch freight - focus on driving, not loading
EQUIPMENT & ROUTES:
• Late-model Pro Star LT International 450 Cummins trucks
• Well-maintained fleet with 70mph speed capability
• Dedicated Midwest Regional routes covering OH, IN, IL, MN, WI, IA
• Consistent freight lanes with established customer relationships
Requirements:
• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR/Regional experience
• DOT physical and drug screening (company paid)
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass background check
