Cashier and Receptionist
Cashier/Receptionist/Phone Operator.
Duties:- Your goal is to provide the ultimate in customer service to everyone that you interact with.
- Must posses good communication skills with the public and coworkers.
- Must be very neat in appearance.
- Your focus is on ensuring ongoing communication with the customers and the Cole Valley Cadillac staff.
- You will answer the main phone line, transfer calls, take messages, and greet customers when they arrive at the Cole Valley Cadillac.
- As the cashier/receptionist, you will take payments from customers and ensure they have their invoices before they leave.
- The cashier/receptionist also supports the Manager, Parts Manager, Technicians, and Sales staff when needed.
- Must be able to perform scheduling and phone callbacks.
- Work week consists of M-F and alternating Saturdays.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Able to learn and grow with responsibility
Requirements:
- This position does require customer service experience and strong computer skills.
- Drug Free Workplace.
