Lucente Detailing is a premium detailing company serving Northeast Ohio. We handle everything from daily-driver details to ceramic coating installations, paint correction, and commercial fleet work. We're looking for skilled detailers who can run jobs independently and deliver results that match our reputation.

The Opportunity

You already know how to detail at a high level. What you need is consistent work, premium clients, and a brand that backs you up — without the overhead of running your own operation from scratch. That's what Lucente provides.

You'll receive scheduled jobs, execute at a high standard, and get paid per job. No chasing leads. No managing a website. Just do what you're great at and get paid well for it.

What You'll Do

• Perform full interior and exterior details independently — mobile and in-shop
• Execute paint correction (single-stage and multi-stage compound/polish)
• Apply and maintain ceramic coatings
• Handle specialty and commercial vehicle work as needed
• Maintain all equipment in working order and uphold Lucente's quality standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and represent the brand on-site

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional detailing experience (mobile or shop)
• Proficiency with dual-action and rotary polishers
• Experience with paint correction and ceramic coating application
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel across NE Ohio
• Professional demeanor — you're the face of the brand at every job site
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Own tools/equipment is a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred but Not Required

• IDA or other detailing certifications
• Experience with commercial or fleet detailing
• Familiarity with professional-grade coating systems

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You operate with full flexibility and earn based on the work you complete. Top-tier detailers with Lucente consistently earn $25-40+ an hour.
