Office Administrator
Assist management and purchasing with product procurement
Arrange and schedule shipment to and from suppliers
Communicate customer requirements from plant production to product suppliers
Maintain a clean, safe, organized office environment Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Previous office administrative experience is helpful
Must be able to work closely with other plant departments, as well as product suppliers, to develop production plans that meet our customers' requirements
Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills; knowledge of Oracle is helpful
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to pay a high attention to detail Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
