Requirements
Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Must have 18 months permanent (non-travel) MS/Tele experience prior to travel
Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience REQUIRED
Active Ohio RN license or Compact state license in hand
AHA BLS
