Superintendent
Are you a seasoned construction professional ready to lead high-impact commercial projects from the ground up? We're seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee $10M-$50M+ projects in the Cleveland area. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive project success, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with top-tier teams.
What You'll Do- Lead all on-site construction activities and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage ground-up commercial construction from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project specifications.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation.
- Maintain project schedules, including four-week look-aheads and look-backs.
- Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors.
- 10-15 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($10M-$50M+).
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with construction management software.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate across disciplines.
- Experience with full project lifecycle-from mobilization to punch-out.
- Verifiable experience on completed projects valued at $5M+.
- Expertise in reading and implementing construction documents and specifications.
- A proactive approach to scheduling materials, inspections, and manpower.
