Business Immigration Associate Attorney

For more information, please visit Our Business Begins With You. Position Responsibilities Include: Responsible for day-to-day tasks as well as the strategic process of case management. Manage a variety of immigration matters, including H-1B, O-1, L-1 visas, as well as PERM and employment based petition visas. Prepare and review immigration applications and documentation. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing questions as they arise during the immigration process. Qualified Applicants Will Have: At least 3 years of practice handling business immigration matters in a law firm setting, required; Experience with H-1B, O-1, and L-1 visas; PERM and employment based immigration petition visas, including EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3; Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
