LPN or RN - Multi-Specialty Outpatient Office (No Weekends or Holidays)

Seeking: We are seeking a compassionate and organized LPN or RN to join our multi-specialty outpatient practice, supporting OB/GYN, Physical Therapy, Family Practice, and Counseling services. This is a non-supervisory role focused on triage, patient communication, and clinical support in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Expectations:

• To support Veranova Health’s mission and core values, and to always conduct oneself in a manner consistent with these values
• To maintain organization, professionalism, and excellence in all clinic procedures

Responsibilities:

● Perform clinical triage and patient assessment across multiple specialties

● Communicate with patients via phone and EMR messaging (results, follow-ups, care plans)

● Assist providers with order entry, referrals, and prescription processing

● Support OB/GYN, primary care, and wellness services with patient education and coordination

● Train and support Medical Assistant (MA) staff on workflows and clinical best practices

● Serve as a clinical resource (no supervisory duties)

● Provide backup for phlebotomy and basic lab functions as needed

● Maintain accurate EMR documentation and ensure compliance with clinical protocols

Requirements:

• Active LPN or RN license in Ohio
• Outpatient or multi-specialty experience preferred (OB/GYN or Family Practice a plus)
• Strong triage, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Experience with electronic medical records (EHR); familiarity with Athenahealth is a plus.
• Familiarity with fertility awareness-based methods of family planning, NaproTechnology, or restorative reproductive medicine is a plus.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
• CPR certified
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
