Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual design and the ability to translate ideas into compelling graphics that resonate with our target market. You will work closely with various departments to create engaging content for both digital and print platforms, ensuring that our brand's visual identity is consistently represented across all mediums.

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Design and create innovative gift packaging.
• Develop and edit comprehensive instruction manuals.
• Collaborate closely with team members to bring ideas to life.
• Utilize photography skills to enhance visual content.
• Learn and understand basic regulatory compliance standards.
• Apply these standards to label design work.
• Collaborate with the regulatory department as required to ensure accuracy to these standards.
• Develop and design high-quality graphics for web, social media, print materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually appealing designs.
• Edit videos and create motion graphics to support marketing initiatives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications while adapting designs based on feedback.
• Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders and incorporate their input into final deliverables.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with Apple applications.
• Advanced skills in Acrobat Professional.
• Strong photography skills.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with strong time management skills.
• Ability to learn and understand basic regulatory compliance standards and apply these standards to label design work.
• Strong video editing skills to produce engaging multimedia content.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
