As a key member of the engineering team, you will play an integral role in developing innovative solutions and supporting the successful launch of new products.Design Engineering Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and develop innovative product concepts with an emphasis on scalable, high-volume manufacturing.
- Evaluate emerging materials, technologies, and manufacturing methods to improve product performance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Lead prototype development activities, including testing, validation, reliability analysis, and design-for-manufacturing initiatives.
- Create and refine product designs using CAD software such as CATIA and other 2D/3D modeling tools.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders throughout the development process to ensure project objectives and requirements are achieved.
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated success designing electro-mechanical or other manufactured products.
- Experience with CATIA preferred; candidates with strong experience using comparable CAD software will also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of excelling in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
