CNC/NC Machinist
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our team. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality, precision components. We are open to experienced candidates as well as recent graduates from technical programs who are eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Pay: $21/hour and above, based on experience!
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts
- Interpret technical blueprints and drawings to determine specifications
- Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials
- Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain product quality
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous CNC machining experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Technical school training or recent graduates encouraged to apply
