PT Supervisor – Outpatient Orthopedics
Lancaster, OH | On-site | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
$100,000 base salary + performance bonus (up to $25,000)

Our client is a respected orthopedic practice specializing in total joint replacement, sports medicine, and trauma care. Their outpatient physical therapy clinic is an essential extension of their comprehensive services—and they’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Supervisor to help lead the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed PT who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is ready to step into a leadership role without stepping away from direct patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on physical therapy in an outpatient orthopedic environment

• Supervise and support a team of four experienced Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)

• Promote a collaborative and positive workplace culture focused on quality care

• Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, patients, and families to support optimal outcomes

• Monitor clinic operations for compliance, efficiency, and consistency of care

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of treatment plans and patient progress

What You Bring

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Ohio

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outpatient setting (orthopedic preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities; prior supervisory experience a plus but not required
