ABOUT US:

Our restaurant group is rooted in Fairport Harbor - just 30 minutes east of Downtown Cleveland - and growing fast. We’re hiring culinary team members for two neighboring but distinct, chef-led concepts:

>> The Pompadour (@thepompadourbar) – Our award-winning small plates restaurant, known for bold dishes, seasonal creativity, and high-volume, high-execution service.

>> Auteur (@auteur.cleveland) – Fine dining concept opening next door. A refined, modern dining experience—tasting menu–driven, technique-forward, intimate, and elevated.

Both kitchens are built around respect: for ingredients, for the craft, and for the team.

• Prep Cooks
• Sous Chefs
• Lead Line / Kitchen Supervisors

WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A cook’s mindset: detail, urgency, respect for ingredients
• A strong foundation in technique
• A team-first mindset and thick skin
• Desire to grow in a chef-driven environment
• Reliability and teamwork
• Experience in fine or upscale casual kitchens preferred
