Freight/Packaging Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift

Basic Function: The Freight/Packaging role will be responsible for palletizing all orders on-site. Ensure that THE CUSTOMER IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY and each employee must support that priority. Utilizes 2 Second Lean tools to drive continuous improvement. Drives a culture of cleanliness, organization, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities and Duties:1. Palletize all outgoing freight orders daily: Performs inventory counts and inspections to ensure each order is fulfilled and all requirements are made to orders must be palletized, wrapped, and banded. Orders are to be weighed and documented on each sales order after completion

Freight/Packaging Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment • Skill, Knowledge, and Abilities: Ability to work independently. o Attention to detail is required. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. The ability to follow procedures. o Ability to read and understand
