The Role

We are hiring a Junior to Mid-Level Powder Coatings Chemist to support formulation, development, and production scale-up. This role offers exposure to full product lifecycle from lab through commercialization.

What You’ll Do

- Formulate and optimize powder coatings (epoxy, polyester, hybrid systems)

- Support scale-up and production troubleshooting

- Perform performance testing and analysis

- Collaborate with operations and customers

- Evaluate raw materials and new technologies

What You Bring

- BS in Chemistry or related field

- 2–7 years coatings experience formulating powder coatings

- Strong hands-on lab skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects
