Join an established regional healthcare system as a hospital-employed Family Medicine Physician in a fully outpatient setting. This opportunity offers exceptional earning potential, a highly manageable schedule with half days on Fridays, and extremely light call coverage. You'll provide comprehensive primary care while building long-term patient relationships in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on quality and access.

- Annual bonus opportunities up to $35,000

- Residency stipend up to $25,000
- Outpatient-only practice
- Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Friday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Light call schedule (approximately 1 in 50)
- Optional teaching opportunities with medical students, residents, and advanced practitioner trainees
- Eligibility for Clinical Adjunct Faculty status with Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine
- 29 days PTO plus up to 5 additional PTO days for higher productivity
- 5 CME days plus $5,000 annual CME allowance
- 403(b) with employer match and 457(b) deferred compensation plan
- Malpractice coverage with $2M/$6M limits
- Health insurance with low premiums
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000
- Provide outpatient primary care services in a clinic-based setting
- See approximately 20–25 patients per day
- Deliver preventive care and wellness services
- Manage chronic medical conditions
- Provide acute care treatment and evaluation
- Perform routine in-office procedures, including:
- Injections
- Ear irrigation
- Breathing treatments
- Mole removal
- Skin tag removal
- Support walk-in laboratory services
- Participate in antibiotic stewardship initiatives
- Collaborate within a patient-centered, team-based care model
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Interest in practicing outpatient medicine
Option 1
- Board Certified base salary of $350,085 guaranteed for one year
- Transition to wRVU production model after guarantee period
Option 2
- Base salary of $286,290 guaranteed for two years
- Ability to transition to wRVU production model upon exceeding productivity targets
Approximately 5% salary reduction applies prior to board certification.
Additional incentives include:
- Up to $35,000 annual performance bonuses
- Up to $52,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $200,000 loan repayment assistance
- Up to $25,000 residency stipend
